A woman was killed and a man wounded in a shooting in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on June 9, 2014. Paris Brown, 21, and a man thought to be in his 20s were sitting in a parked vehicle about 11 p.m. in the 7300 block of South Perry Avenue when a dark-colored SUV pulled up and someone inside fired shots at them, police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said.
