Video released by the federal prosecutor shows former Cook County sheriff’s deputy Rafael Munoz attack prisoner in lockup.

Munoz, 39, pled guilty in September to deliberately tripping the prisoner, breaking his nose and a tooth, and was sentenced to a year in prison today.
