A lawsuit was filed against Major League Baseball and the Chicago Cubs on behalf of John “Jay” Loos, 60, who permanently lost the sight in his left eye when a foul ball hit him Aug. 29 at Wrigley Field. Loos spoke to reporters Monday morning.
