Surveillance footage shows Chicago Police officers Brian D. Murphy, Jason M. Orsa and Daniel McNamara beating Obed DeLeon inside Taco Burrito King at Harlem and Higgins in 2006. An appeals court has ruled the city can fire Murphy and Orsa. McNamara has already served his suspension.
