As gun violence continues to surge in Chicago some are calling for more public investment in prevention programs.

Former U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan founded the non-profit anti-violence organization called Cred.
He spoke with leaders of other violence prevention groups Wednesday and joined WGN News to talk about the organization.
