A 51-year-old man was wounded Friday afternoon in a Little Village neighborhood shooting on the Southwest Side.

A bullet grazed his leg at 3:56 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Troy, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. His condition was unknown.

The circumstances of the shooting weren’t immediately available.
